The CEME Events team are always on hand and are extremely helpful for dealing with the problems - major and minor - that occur when running large scale conferences and meetings.

The organisation as a whole is also very responsive. I don' t know if I was one of many, but I completed a customer feedback sheet suggesting the need for more parking spaces and the potential to use some dead space adjacent to the venue. A few weeks later, I went to CEME for another meeting and found the area mentioned being tarmac'd. It's a very rare event for an organisation to take customer suggestions and act upon them."
