CEME Facilities
Basepoint Business Centre at CEME is a spectacular business centre providing 44 small office and studio workshop units all available to let on Basepoint's two weekly rolling licence agreement - easy in - easy out. The centre, completed in 2003, is part of the CEME campus, and is in a landscaped setting adjoining the A13, 7 miles west of J30 M25.

These range from small two man office type units, to larger offices and studios capable of accommodating up to 10 people.
The studio workshops have their own water and power supplies, and the ground floor workshops have their own external access doors. There is extensive free car parking on site, and licensees have the benefit of the adjoining CEME complex with fully equipped conference facilities and a busy cafeteria, offering Starbucks coffee and a wide selection of hot and cold food.
The fully inclusive weekly licence fee includes all the usual business outgoings - rates, electricity, repairs, refuse, property insurance etc, the only extra being discounted phone and broadband costs.
