Our experienced Events team can guide you on each room’s capacity, whether set up theatre style, classroom, boardroom, U shape or cabaret. And rooms can be combined or enlarged to give a myriad of permutations for every meeting or event need from 2 to 200!
All the meeting rooms flank a large, airy circulation space for breaks and after meeting networking. CEME Conference and Events offer full AV supply and support services and extensive catering options, wireless internet access, disabled access and built-in induction loop sound. Rooms can be provided with laptop and linked plasma screens – you can either forward your electronic presentation material in advance for zero set-up time, or bring them on a memory stick after you’ve finished those inevitable last minute changes.
The catering provision is extremely flexible and can offer full course menus, finger food or refreshment menus, while accommodating specific requests for vegetarian or ethnic dishes.
There is extensive onsite parking at CEME, which is readily accessible from the A13 and less than 10 minutes from the M25.
