This workshop focusses on a critical issue - how to price products to win business and achieve healthy margins:
- Manage the balance between margins and sales volumes
- Design pricing strategies
- Manage effective processes to set prices

Programme Format
Presented by Dr Alan Coussens, an Industrial Fellow at IfM ECS, and Dr Derek Ford, also from IfM ECS, with over 25 years manufacturing management experience. Delegates will work as individuals and in groups, using real-life scenarios to explore different challenges and outcomes. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and answres as well as opportunity for discussion with other delegates:

The workshops are designed for General and Factory Managers as well as Managers of Manufacturing Operations & Production and Production Supervisors.
Cost
All prices include course material, refreshments, buffet supper and free parking:
- £100 + VAT per person per workshop
- £225 + VAT per person for all 3 workshops
An early booking discount of 50% is offered on all bookings made before 20th February. Please note that bookings cancelled less than 5 working days before an event will be charged in full.
Location
The workshops will be held at the CEME Campus, Marsh Way, Rainham, RM13 8EU, with easy access from the A13 and M25, and from public transport. A map and full directions will be sent out on confirmation of booking.
