It offers an ideal office solution for start up and growing technology companies, offering flexible, professional office and workshop premises and a range of other services designed to support your company during the vital early years of operation. With cutting edge facilities located at CEME in Rainham, the CEME Innovation Centre provides high specification offices and workshops to over 40 early stage technology businesses.
Office sizes range from 186 sq ft to 2037 sq ft and clients have the benefit of tailored business support that includes access to funding through investment networks and training. A fully inclusive flexible monthly licence fee includes business rates, utilities, building insurance, facilities management, manned reception and business support.
The CEME Innovation centre also offers a virtual office package, for companies that are not yet ready to take office space, at a very competitive price. This provides a professional business address and personalized telephone answering without the cost of renting office space.
The Centre is conveniently positioned close to the M25 on the A13 providing easy access to the City, East London, Essex and Kent.
