Bill-Da-Bear builds bridges with NSPCC

The CEME team have been having great fun taking part in the Bear Diaries which is a fantastic fundraising project in aid of the NSPCC.  Build-a-bear donated hundreds of bears to the NSPCC who launched the Bear Diaries, in which Essex businesses donated much needed funds to take on a furry friend for two weeks of ‘work experience’.

The NSPCC touch families lives and we were keen to be involved in such an enjoyable project for a wonderful cause. CEME are very active in the local community and leaped at the chance of taking on our own intern ‘Bill-Da-Bear.’

Bill-Da-Bear’s journey at CEME was posted on our social media platforms to help raise awareness and funds for the NSPCC. Bill-Da-Bear learnt lots on his work experience, including basic admin jobs such as ‘pawfecting’ his phone voice and ‘rawplying’ to emails.

We were delighted to have our intern with us during the final day of the Young Entrepreneur Project, a programme designed to empower young people with digital and creative skills. It was lovely to show off Bill-Da-Bear and take him on our tour of CEME with young people from Bower Park Academy, and to be interviewed by KAT Marketing’s bear who came to visit for the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed having Bill-Da-Bear with us and wish him well with his future career! Click here to read more about CEME and our ethos, or call the CEME team on 020 8596 5422.
