On the day

Guests are also able to pay at pay parking stations on the day. Payment can be made by coin, card or by the Pay-By-Phone App details of which are provided on the machines.

When using the Pay-By-Phone App the location code for CEME is 802161.

The new system uses automatic number plate recognition technology so there is no requirement to display the receipts provided by the pay machines in vehicles in order to prove payment, the system tracks payments by vehicle registration.

Any guests leaving the site without having pre-paid on-line or on the day with the promo code who then do not make payment upon exit, would be liable to receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
