CEME is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all its Staff, Tenants, Customers & Visitors.

Our Privacy Notice (linked above) explains when, how, why we collect personal information about people who engage with us. This Notice also covers how we use, secure and disclose personal information.

This Notice may change over time so we advise our Staff, Tenants, Customers & Visitors, to check back on occasion to review the current modification date.

Customer Complaints Procedures

CEME treats all complaints as important and as such manages all complaints in accordance with International Standard for Customer Satisfaction and the management of Complaints (ISO10002). We provide a number of channels for registering complaints:

All complaints will be responded to by a Senior Manager within 2 working day along with regular updates. The nominated Manager can also be contacted during working hours for an update to your complaint.

Customer Feedback

We always welcome and value feedback. If you have enjoyed a positive experience from a particular service, product or member of staff within CEME, or have any suggestions for further improvements, we would like to hear from you. We provide a number of channels for feedback:

Gem Award

The GEM Award recognises CEME employees and front-line contracting staff who have made substantial contributions to the quality of service provided to customers, tenants, students, colleagues and visitors to CEME, based on one or multiple of the CEME Core values. If you have experienced this from one of our staff or contractors then please feel free to nominate them for a month GEM award. This can be done via a number of channels:
