At CEME, our all-inclusive training space is available on a flexible contract, meaning you can get on with upskilling your people, students and learners without worrying about being tied in for longer than you need.
You can choose from shared space for engineering training, or short-term leases of classrooms, serviced offices or workshops.
Engineering space
Unique to London, CEME offers rentable engineering facilities on a weekly or monthly basis, giving you all the equipment and tools you need for your trainees. You’ll have access to:
- Shared motor vehicle bays
- Our milling and turning workshop
- Our sheet metal workshop
- Our bench workshop
- Electronics and controls labs
- An eight-person welding bay workshop
- Manned and fully stocked engineering stores

Training space
CEME’s classroom spaces can be rented on a daily or monthly basis. Set up with desks, interactive whiteboards and all the services you need to run a class or training course, our classrooms remove the hassle of converting your own space.
Medium classroom
560 sq ft (52m2) for 12-15 students
Large classroom
850 sq ft (79m2) for 16- 30 students

Workshops
Our secure and self-contained workshops vary from 46m2 to 232m2. Unlike other providers, we give you an all-inclusive rental agreement, which means you don’t have to worry about extra bills.
